The Mini version is actually the same application as the UC Browser, only that it is smaller in file size to be compatible with lower end phones. If packs certains features for India and it offers simple features, while maintaining the same browsing experience.
I also recommend using Dolphin browser as well or AOSP if you have a rooted phone. AOSP use extremely lightweight when it comes to resources and browsing speed.
