How to change the rate of TNHD00ISUC03 from STM-4 to STM-1 in OSN 500 equipment?

Problem with Huawei MSTP OSN 500 equipment, as someone asked, after they installed well of the subrack.

You need to access the website you have linked to and click on the Documents tab. Scroll down a little and then download the Configuration guide for OSN 500. I can't access the documents to provide the required information because the downloads are available only for customers.
