There is no official reason why this has happened. The apps are nowhere to be found. I have looked on a website where they listed apps created by various developers and there was Rhema Inside listed as well. All their apps were marked as offline/dead. It's impossible to download them, but most likely the developer is out of business or his apps violated the Terms of Service and got removed.
