I have been using it for 8 months and I enjoyed it, but recently it has stopped producing sounds unless I record TV at first and then play by VLC Media Player. How can I resolve the issue?
This is a known issue with the ArcSoft TotalMedia. Many users recommended installing an additional set of codecs. Besides codecs, you can also try re-configuring the software with other settings. Access the configuration page and locate the Sound category then switch the audio modes.
