The error indicates that the program can't connect to the COMMATECH-EMS server. You will have to contact the responsible person who handles the server and its functionality. On your end, you can check the firewall to allow EMS to connect, but that's it. You can tweak it from the Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall. Additionally, go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc and make sure that the network adapter(s) are working properly. There shouldn't be any yellow exclamation sign.
