I haven't seen an option or a way to configure the time signature. By default it should have stated that this feature can be changed, but the official description found through various websites on Google Search offered no results for the time signature change. Try sending developers a message with this request using the official Facebook page available for users. If you have a Facebook account, click Message and type your message. I see the page has some activity which means somebody is taking care of it.
