You will have to manually install the driver, because on the official website, only the drivers for Windows Vista and XP are provided. Connect the device, download the Vista driver then extract it and install the package. Go to Device Manager (Start > Run > Devmgmt.msc), right click the device and select Update Driver. Point the install in the Program Files where the software was installed and accept the warning and it should work.
