WeChat compatibility differs with every phone. This is at least specified on the official Google Play Store. If you can't install the application on your phone, it means the phone is not compatible with it. Try updating the firmware of your phone and then attempt a new installation. Reboot the phone after firmware upgrade. You can upgrade through Settings > About phone > Software Update.
