The only thing you need to do is to run the software as Administrator, then go to the Hardware devices in Control Panel. Locate the printer and make sure it's set as default. Right click it and select Default. Additionally, check the Device Manager because there might be a possibility the printer isn't installed. Locate the printer, right click it and select Update driver. Let Windows do its job and then you should be able to use it.
