For the application to work correctly, you will need to make sure that the webcams are installed and available. This is the actual meaning of this software: to record multiple video streams from all the cameras installed in your computer. After you have installed the webcams, start the software then choose them from the selection list when the software is opened. Additionally, double click each entry to select the camera source. Once you configure the webcams, the Record button will become available. It's located on the right side as a big bubble.

I think Joyoshare VidiKit, formally known as Joyoshare Screen Recorder as I recall, is a good option as well to record streaming videos. It is able to record screen in 1080p with no watermark, no time limit and no lag at all.
