Two MacBook "users" (same person) on one computer - can't log in as 2nd user.

I recently purchased the maximum package on Webshots and used it daily. Due to incompatibility with my email when I installed Yosemite I had to move all my records to a second user (me). While attempting to log in to Webshots my log in and password were not accepted. Is there a solution for this so that I can access Webshots as a second user on my computer? If not I'll have to cancel my subscription.

It's possible that the Webshots is working only with the users that were created when the software was installed. As I can see on the official website, there are no instructions available to use the software with 2 users. However, my advice is to access the support page where the options of the software are explained for every user.
