Question about registration.

I recently installed Windows 8.1. I lost my applications and registration data. I submitted my email address but the site said it was invalid. I do know my Internet address and I did register this product. This is what was charged to my credit care:

10/10/2014 Safecart.COM*SPYHUNTER 855-432-0727 WA; $69.98
My name is Paul F Schremp

You will need to contact the developer of the application you have purchased because they're the ones who can provide additional information about your purchase, status of the serial number, and any details related to payment of status of the payment. The official website can be accessed where you could also get in contact with them.
