HandyCafe is software that is provided for free for lifetime. It won't turn into a shareware or commercial software. You can use it for as long as you want, for every project or business you have.
But in order to use the software for free a license is required based on the data you fill when you are registering for an account. The data is kept only for statistical purposes and it's not sold or rented.
On the other side, download the server package and install it using the steps provided by the installer and launch it. Upon starting, the server will ask you to enter your registration data and all you need to do is go to your email which you used to register, download the license file and save it to your computer and when the program asks, browse to your file and select it and the software will activate.
