The first thing to do is to disable the Internet then simply click the sticker you're downloading and you will have the possibility to click on Cancel. However, these stickers have a small size and the download could take from a few seconds to 1-2 minutes. There is no point on disabling the download. Cancel the download and then initialize it back.
