Missing iwrstdrv.dll to open Vuzix JPS Viewer.

I downloaded vuzix_jps_viewer_v1.2.0 on Dell computer with Microsoft 7. Upon trying to open, I get this message: "This program can't start because iwrstdrv.dll is missing from your computer". I reinstalled and tried to repair. Is this file missing from the application? Where can I get this file?

The application will not work if you don't install the correct software for your device. I have installed it and it gave the same error with the DLL file. First access the driver download section and download the software for your device and then launch Vuzix JPS Viewer.
