asked by about RapidOS DVR - Surveillance System

Just wondering if there are any RapidOS updates out there for Windows 7 or higher? I bought my RapidOS PC surveillance system (model #: RW-1120R / RW-WCR04AF) back in 2008 and am finally upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 7, but don't want to have to buy a new surveillance system/kit. I had to revert back to XP when I bought my last computer as the program was not compatible with Windows Vista (such a lousy Windows platform). Now I am trying to get this to work with my new system if it's not compatible. Are there any other companies with Windows 7 software upgrades that would work?

The viewer applications are available on the official website for this device. Access the website, then download the packages. I have installed one product and it's working good in Windows 8.1 x64. It should work for your Windows 7 as well. Unfortunately, there are no other downloads available for older product. In Windows 7, use the XP drivers and manually install them using Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc).
