Forgot the log-in password for Folder Lock Professional.

I locked a folder using Folder Lock Professional(v 5), but I forgot the log-in password. How can I get my data back?

You can unlock the application by using the master password that you've set up when the application was installed. In this case, access the password reset feature using the Master password. If you don't remember the password, you will not be able to remove the lock from your files. There was a method to access the files, but the new version of the software removed that possibility. You actually need the master password or the files will be locked forever.
