Although there is no information about Windows 8.1 compatibility, the software is working just fine in Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit. I have downloaded latest version from its official website. Download the language you want and then right click it and select Run as Administrator. There is no need to apply compatibility tweaks since it's installer is already configured to run in Windows XP or higher.
