This is a Windows application. If you have issues with the iPad/iPhone version, then I recommend re-installing it, because there isn't much you can do on the iPad except uninstalling. The device doesn't offer advanced troubleshooting options like Windows versions do. Open the App Store, and search for Magic Jigsaw. After you locate the application, re-install it and it should work normally.
