It looks like your printer model doesn't appear to be supported by the latest version of the SSC Service Utility. However, the application has a feature which can be found on the Configuration tab named:
Unsupported model. You can try and see if it works for you. Also before taking this step you should check the connection between your printer and the computer for best results.
